Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity and Law

The Digital Law Research Group is a research group of Vilnius University Faculty of Law, which brings together scholars working on various aspects of practical and scientific issues related to digital technologies. The conferences and events organised by the group bring together well-known scholars from various fields of law and other sciences in order to foster an international, interdisciplinary discourse and to increase the recognition of groups research.
The results of the Research Group's research are already being shared in practice, thus laying the foundations for regulatory change and ensuring effective processes for important legal decisions.

Having demonstrated significant results since its inception, the Group continues to strive for growth both in the scope and depth of its research, and is therefore open for further expansion. In addition to maintaining its activity, the group aims to develop cooperation with other academic institutions, the business sector and public authorities in order to implement innovative solutions and to contribute to the development of the digital legal field. In addition, the Group actively encourages student participation and involvement to ensure the generation of new ideas and the development of future talent in this important field
